hydro pereskiopsis in a 500 ml polycarb flask , under LED grow light........um this one is dead..............went almost a yr though in hydro , seemed fine, spontaneously collapsed and died............
thats OK , if ya have a healthy hydro cactus garden , your cool with reserves.......
always plan to outrun losses , you will, but a fast moving hydro LED cactus garden is a whole different animal than a window shelf of natural sun cacti..........
anyway , "sudden death syndrome in pereskiopsis" , can usually be avoided with careful water and nutrients...............but still , even that, doesnt always work............
in the new age we just pull out more pereskiopsis and flasks, turn on the hose, and "get over it"
