peyotepink.........some pereskiopsis answers

ok folks some answers...........yes pereskiopsis is ph sensitive................id say go for 7 PH , but ya know i dont have the data at this point to go at it like other growers of hydro plants do............
rangers with labs? university grad rangers?

peeps also ask about timers.............no timers on CFL or LED's we dont trust them , and with CFL or LED wrong type of timer can be disasterous...................we just use a master kill switch and heavy duty electrical junction boxes....keep in mind the LED phase runs only 40 watts, and the CFL phase 90, i think the fan is 40 watts.........
so like timers? dunno, just turn them on and off, we do it so its LED in the early hours, then CFL most of the day, then LED late.............we run lights about 18 hrs a day
below 12 peres kinda start to languish.............

also , pereskiopsis and cold, we put some in the fridge at 36 for a week and they seemed fine on the come back...........this needs more serious experiments though for the outside growers.........

now on the pics........tube forest pereskiopsis, CFL /LED light rig , and close up of pereskiopsis tubes..........

as rangers we all gotta realize the science of pereskiopsis-ology is a new thing, my take from the mexican crowd is , this thing is a weed and were all crazy...........
anyway , everyone doubole down and share the data, if ya learn something and it works with pereskiopsis , then share the knowledge, ill credit anyone who posts........its about conservation and good forestry here in the new age..........

pereskiopsis is an amazing plant, im kinda shocked the scientific community is so flat footed on the flora........................
